With over 33 years of public safety and investigative experience, Dan brings a level of expertise that few in the industry can match. His background includes 17 years as a major crimes detective with a focus on serious crimes against persons. He later transitioned to a leadership role and served an addition 7 years as a law enforcement administrator, overseeing major case investigations and crime scene operations.
In addition to criminal investigations, Dan is experienced in labor and employee matters as well. With extensive experience in employee internal affairs investigations, and having served as a Union Steward for his labor groups, Dan has been a strong advocate for fairness and accountability.
As a certified polygraph examiner and member of the American Polygraph Association, he upholds the highest standards in seeking the truth. He understands the importance of verifying truthfullness through scientifically-backed polygraph examinations.
His expertise also extends to ethics investigations, as an investigator and member of th 21st District Court Ethics Committee. His skill and experience lends itself to the fair and unbiased investigation of complaints of attorney misconduct.
